Jo O'Hara MICFor
Jo is a professional forester and an International Coaching Federation approved coach. She was formerly the CEO of Scottish Forestry and Scotland's Chief Forester. She is Vice-Chair of Changeworks and is a Council member for the Institute of Chartered Foresters. Current clients include the Irish Government, a large scale community development project and a private equity fund. She is a strong advocate for sustainable resource use, multi-dimensional land management, and the further development of the bio-economy.
Prof Andy Kerr FRSA
Andy is a co-founder and non-executive Director of FutureArk. He is currently the UK and Ireland lead for EIT Climate-KIC, Europe's largest climate innovation partnership. Providing deep insights into solutions for the climate emergency as well as an extensive international network within the climate innovation community.
